Synopsis / Plot
The film is a mockumentary about a film maker who surreptitiously collects money to make a mockumentary. The story is of course about Doze himself, who also plays the lead. A mockumentary, a fake documentary, is basically always a comedy, but this one also has some grimmer sides. Doze searches diligently for extra money for his film and this brings him into contact with dubious businessmen, corrupt politicians and other opportunists. The distinction between a film maker, a politician, a gangster and a pimp is occasionally difficult to draw.

Their competitors use every advantage to attract clients: excessive make-up, mini-skirts, silk clothes… One day, by chance, Xiao-feng ends up at Fei-fei’s stall. Xiao-feng recognizes her and enjoys accompanying her home every night after work. Little by little, he starts spending time with the gang that hangs out in her street. One day he decides to quit his job and to go in with them to swindle a gangster from the gambling underworld…
