Seoul / 서울 —-> Japanese super detective Hayase has to go chasing after criminals that try to rob a security truck while he is on the way to Seoul airport! Since some of the robbers manage to escape Hayase is forced to extend his stay in order to help identify the escaped robbers which leads to his forced team-up with the Korean detective Yung Choi. Meanwhile, the bad guys show their terrorist faces and kidnap Japan’s Foreign Minister so as to disrupt the upcoming Asian Summit. Can the unusual team of Hayase and Yung Choi track down the gang of evil doers in the big city of Seoul in only 72 hours? The vocalist of the Japanese rock group “Tokio” Tomoya Nagase takes his role in this action-packed movie partnered by the Korean star Choi Min-Su. It is a relationship-building buddy movie about a rookie Japanese police and an elite Korean cop. The movie was shot on location in Seoul. Filming started on 20 July 2001 and was completed around 2 months later.
