Synopsis / Plot

Fong (Jackie Chan) was brought up in a poor family and was kicked out of school in his teens, which soon led him to the wrong side of the tracks. Now a compulsive gambler and with debtors hounding him, he ends ups teaming up with his greedy landlord (Michael Hui) in harebrained heists. The two then team up with Octopus (Louis Koo) to kidnap BB, the grandson of a tycoon. Things get complicated when they fail to hand over BB to the triads and the triads now want to take the ransom and BB’s life.
