Story about traditional Pansori musicians. Set in early 60′s movie gives a look at point when traditional way of life disapears under the pressure of new western culture.
Wandering Pansori singer Yu-Bong earns his leaving on markets and feasts. He starts to prepare his children to the profession (Song-hwa as a singer, Dong-ho as a drummer), but soon Dong-ho realise the Pansori has no future
and escapes from his father and sister. Years later after Yu-bong death Dong-ho starts search for his sister…
